Time Travel
I, just like many people love the creative imagination of time travel.However I am a logical thinker but still love imagining, but my thoughts here will be logic.Keep in mind though I'm not trying to disprove anything, these are only MY thoughts on this topic.
First of all I don't feel like we've come far enough as a society to develop anything that could control time itself, let alone a machine or something similar.I have doubts that we'll ever be able to develop something like that but hey, society is surprising!There have already been people who have claimed to be from the past or future. However I just feel like that's a bunch of baloney.
Past
Now to say we did end up finding a way to time travel, and you could control what year you went to.And let's say you went small, like say you wanted to re-experience a good memory, you use the machine, but.. you're just in space.Why?Because Earth is ALWAYS moving, meaning the time you went to would most likely be that Earth was further from the spot you were currently.So how would you get back? would the time machine be in space or still on Earth? Who knows.
Okay so let's say you went back in time, maybe to the dinosaurs!I wouldn't suggest that though."But humans used to be around during the dinosaurs!" so much misinformation can really affect your understanding of history. no, humans weren't around during then.Here's some reasons it wouldn't be safe for you besides the obvious of well, dinosaurs.1. The Co2 levels were much higher than they are now
2. Climate was much more different
3. Diseases were probably much more deadly back then(and also this is to say you weren't just in space.)So unless you want your dying wish to be to see the dinosaurs, i wouldn't do that.
Now what if you went further? lets say the Cambrian!Now let's put our thinking caps on. Why would you do that. (unless you're me)First of all! The stuff I mentioned would be bad, would be worse! Plus you'll likely be in water..
And on both ends we're not considering that you most likely won't know what you'll even be able to eat. This isn't Ark, you can't just stuff a bunch of mejoberries in your mouth. This is technically "real life" but past life fits it more. My point is it's not a video game. And you'll probably have to observe what creatures eat, to see if it's safe.And you won't likely know what Dinosaurs/creatures are aggressive or passive! Just because a creature is an herbivore. Does NOT mean it's friendly

Now.. what about the future?Don't look at me I'm not some guru..Okay but seriously what about the future?Literally no one can fully predict what will happen in the future.
